A HEAVY LOAD

'A HEAVY LOAD

You are carrying a heavy load on your back for a long time
And it is time to get rid of this heavy load
You are not ready to accept changes in your life
You can improve your life, by going out and meeting new people
Trust yourself and others
Accept who you are
Never put yourself down
Just be your own true self
Think highly of yourself
Praise yourself each day for the good work you do
Be honest to yourself and others
Take one day at a time
Think before you do anything or say something
Never act on impulse because you are going to regret later
You have some limitations and you are unique in your own ways
Don’t be afraid to speak up
Always be honest to yourself
Learn to love yourself each day
Don’t hide your fears away
You are a human being like the rest of us
And we are all in the same boat
It is never good to make enemies
Be nice and polite to everyone
If people make fun of you just ignore it
Be honest and say what you want to say
Don’t lie to yourself and others, because lies will hurt you
Learn to appreciate what you have
