Examine Very Closely

'I seek a simpleness,
I define.
And wish to live.

Rushing to be disturbed,
And frustrated by conflict...
Does not attract,
The calm felt in my stomach.

Some folks will feed on any belief!

And if I am going to throw up anything,
It will be the time someone offered me ignorance...
To eat and digest.
With a bloating felt clear up to my chest.

And it has been many moons passed,
I've had the privilege to show my...aspirations.
Since I admit,
I had slept that deeply with an unconsciousness.

However...
Today?
It pays to lick a fried chicken bone clean.
Don't leave a hint of meat for someone else to eat.
Examine very closely,
What someone approaches you to be fed.
To blindly devour as nourishment.

Like I've said...
It has been many moons passed,
I've had the privilege to show my...aspirations.
Since I admit,
I had slept that deeply with an unconsciousness.
And I see no need to repeat such deeds.

I seek a simpleness,
I define.
And wish to live.'
